With your team, unpack the standards for your assigned grade level.

Use these resources:

•  common-core-technology_ADE.pdf:  A document created by ADE, showing K-12 Common Core Standards that relate to technology.

• The embedded standards at right

With your team, consider and discussion the following:

• What does each standard mean? What does it require of students?

• Put the standards into student/parent-friendly language.

• Brainstorm learning tasks you might have students undertake to develop these skills.

• Think and talk together about what specific activities students might undertake in your content area. What might they read and/or create to learn a content/topic?

Publish your ideas by completing the table for your team in this Google Doc.

• Publish each standard in kid/parent-friendly language.

• Publish ideas for learning tasks to address each standard.
